Marching Band T-shirt quilt update:
Another four with backing.
Hoping to have it done by the time school is over. I should also probably get my portfolio done in that amount of time…or before.

The first row-all with the backing stuff put on.
6/24 squares done (that is, if I don’t add another shirt or two.)

I think I like this layout. Still wishing I could find my purple “Quest for the Grail” shirt…but it kinda works as is.
T.A.R.D.I.S. Baby blanket-Almost finished (Just got the ends to trim and weave in)
What do you think?
Advice on that Tardis Blanket thing
So…it’s pretty much done. But here’s the problem-I’m not sure what to do at the top. The T.A.R.D.I.S. isn’t flat at the top-it’s got the light and it’s tiered. Some of them even have a short pyramid on top. I’m tempted to leave it as is, so it will still be just a regular blanket, but I feel as if I’m blaspheming by not making the top all fancy.
Have any of you got opinions on it? What do you think would look best/work best for a blanket?
Aaaand I’m out of black yarn with just under three rows to go. Guess I’m off to Wal-Mart again after I eat lunch.
Not too far from being finished…but taking a breather for the time being and heading to bed.
Almost done-didn’t do any work yesterday since I was fairly lazy. But I have a question to propose to all of you-
Currently the white square below the windows (the Free for use of Public paper) is empty. I had planned to put the child’s name in there. But as I’ve looked at a T.A.R.D.I.S., I’ve realized that I somehow forgot that there was the black band at the top that says police box. I could conceivably single crochet that portion and write POLICE BOX, but I’m not sure how that would look.
What do you guys think would be the best? Do you have any suggestions for what else I could do?
